West Columbia, SC, May 31, 2008 –(PR.com)– The people of Columbia, South Carolina need to brace themselves for the whirlwind of activity that’s going to happen this weekend. InTroubleZone Productions (ITZ), a Hollywood-style video production company based out of New York and Florida, is headed to town to start filming their trademark episodic TV commercials for the Toyota Center in West Columbia.
InTroubleZone Productions ‘ innovative episodic commercials helped boost Ft. Myers (FL) Toyota’s sales by 33% this year already through the use of these entertaining commercials and ITZ is confident they can do the same for the Toyota Center as well. You can view some of these commercials at http://www.platinumpreownedvehicles.com .
ITZ will be using local actors and talent in all of their commercials, and will be on location at the Toyota Center this Thursday through Saturday filming a series of new commercials. ITZ also likes to get local residents and businesses involved in these commercials with cameo shots. "This builds recognition for our client and promotes goodwill throughout the community by helping small local businesses that may not have the big advertising budgets that large corporations do," says President/CEO, Chuck Ardezzone, "and everybody seems to have a lot of fun making these commercials too." Back in Florida, ITZ has a waiting list of local business owners seeking their own 15 minutes of TV fame, especially since it involves free publicity.
While ITZ can’t give away any specific details about what kind of storyline will be involved with the new Toyota Center’s commercials, Ardezzone did reveal that the commercials will focus on Toyota’s amazing "unlimited time, unlimited miles" Platinum Warranties. "These commercials are not your traditional car commercials, but they are entertaining and memorable, which are two of the most important factors when it comes to TV advertising," Ardezzone divulged.
So if you’re in the neighborhood, stop on by to the Toyota Center at 1640 Airport Boulevard this weekend to see InTroubleZone Productions in action and make sure to keep an eye out for Toyota Center’s entertaining episodic commercials.

While the nation is suffering through its worst foreclosure period in decades, for Southwest Florida Realtor, Tom Bruzzesi, it’s business as usual. Tom’s foreclosure adventures are documented in a new reality TV show, “The Foreclosure Shoppe”, produced by Florida’s InTroubleZone Productions.
FORT MYERS, FL, May 21, 2008 - You can’t escape the daily headlines - it’s drilled into your brain every day. It’s running rampant in California, Michigan and Florida. Even Denver can’t break away from it’s wrath. It’s the worst it’s been in years - the dreaded mortgage foreclosure.
RealtyTrac Inc., a company that tracks national foreclosure rates, recently reported a 112% increase in filed foreclosures in 2008 compared to first quarter 2007. And according to a recent Naples Daily News article, Lee County saw 2,460 foreclosure filings in April 2008, and Collier County had it’s own unhealthy share of 641 filings during the same month. While this dark news may be depressing to most people, it isn’t scaring away Southwest Florida Realtor, Tom Bruzzesi of Thomas Realty and Investments. But then again, it takes a lot to scare Tom. He had to learn to be fearless at an early age.
Tom, who grew up in New Jersey, suffered a near-fatal childhood accident and developed a horrible ase of gangrene from poor after-surgery care. He eventually healed but was left with huge, visible scars on his head and thus became a target of childhood torment. In order to survive the daily abuse, Tom developed thick skin and adopted a bully mentality in order to defend himself. “I had to be the toughest kid in the grade because I was always getting picked on for the way I looked,” Tom recently divulged.
Tom moved to Southwest Florida 13 years ago with absolutely nothing but his passionate drive to become successful at something. Soon after arriving to the Cape Coral region, Tom discovered the real estate business and quickly mastered it. In the past 5 years, Tom purchased over 300 foreclosed properties and sold 90% of them to date. So far in 2008, he has already purchased 21 foreclosed properties and he’s just getting started.
Not one to settle for the mundane, Tom decided to go one step further in his exciting career and wanted to document his daily foreclosure adventures to share with the masses. Tom hired Hollywood-style video production company, InTroubleZone Productions, to help him develop his vision of producing a show which would share his vast foreclosure knowledge with viewers in an entertaining, yet informative, way.
Tom knew that InTroubleZone Productionswas the right company for the job after watching their popular cutting-edge “V8 Muscle Bikes series and their entertaining “Platinum Man” commercialsfor Fort Myers Toyota. He was also impressed that they were able to tolerate his zany, quick-witted, and intimidating personality, which also happens to be the magical main ingredient for his new high-energy reality TV show, “The Foreclosure Shoppe.”
In each episode of “The Foreclosure Shoppe,” camera crews follow Tom on a typical wild and crazy day at the office. Tom (affectionately nicknamed “The Maniac” by his peers) confesses that he is a master at frustrating people. “I know how to get underneath their skin and throw off their bidding strategies,” Tom admits. From irritating bidders at the courthouse, to walking through his purchased properties for the first time, to evicting tenants that won’t leave, to picking up his large paychecks, viewers get an inside pass to witness Tom navigating through the messy foreclosure process.
InTroubleZone Productionsis now in the process of pitching Tom’s show to major TV networks for national syndication and hopes to put Southwest Florida on the TV map.

InTroubleZone Productions , a cutting edge video production company based in Naples, Florida, helped boost Fort Myers Toyota’s sales by a healthy 11% in February by using revolutionary episodic TV commercials.
Naples, FL (PRWEB) April 3, 2008 — It should come as no surprise that during this almost-stagnant economy, automakers are reporting major sales declines in 2008. According to a recent CNN.Money.com article, automobile sales from domestic carmakers tumbled 11% in February 2008. And while Toyota Motor Co. outsold GM for the first time in 2007, it also shockingly reported the sharpest sales decline of 2.8% for February 2008.
But what should come as a surprise is that during a time when the national economy is struggling to avoid an official recession and consumers aren’t purchasing cars, Ft. Myers Toyota is enjoying a healthy 11% increase in vehicle sales in February 2008 (over last year’s sales). Even more surprising is that while sales of light trucks continues to fall for automakers, Ft. Myers Toyota is reporting strong sales in their truck division as well. So what is their secret weapon against a troubled economy?
Their secret weapon is none other than Naples-based cutting edge video production company, InTroubleZone Productions . The high energy company is led by its think-outside-of-the-box President, Chuck Ardezzone, who is no stranger to show business. Ardezzone holds acting credits in over 30 independent films, and 20 national commercials and has appeared in such hits as "Law & Order," "Third Watch," and "As the World Turns." And with over 40 years’ combined film production experience, a team of highly-skilled artists, and top-of-the-line equipment, it’s no wonder that InTroubleZone Productions helped Ft. Myers Toyota set 2 Used Car World Records in 2006.
Not only did Ft. Myers Toyota win the category of Most Used Cars Sold in One Month (719) , it also won the category of Most Used Cars Sold in a Single Year (5,629). InTroubleZone Productions helped Ft. Myers Toyota achieve these records through episodic video advertising, as opposed to using standard advertising and infomercials. From July through December 2006, InTroubleZone Productions produced weekly 30-minute episodes that promoted Ft. Myers Toyota’s used car lot’s goal of selling 700 cars in the month of July. Once the dealership exceeded that goal, they also wanted to set the annual record and had InTroubleZone Productions capture it all on video. The show gained tremendous ratings and built a loyal viewership that tuned in every week to watch the crazy antics of the sales team.
"This is the best investment I have ever made in advertising. I was going to do this for one month. However, it worked so well we extended it for 6 months," says John Marazzi, General Manager for Ft. Myers Toyota. Ft. Myers Toyota is the prime example of the success of episodic advertising for car dealerships. Now known as "the tv dealership" in the community, Ft. Myers Toyota’s employees showed off their colorful and unique personalities to the masses through episodic video advertising. Through this unique advertising concept, Ft. Myers Toyota built a trust among local buyers which also lead to increased customer traffic and sales.
Since the monthly and annual sales record video advertising shows worked so well for Ft. Myers Toyota, they decided to have InTroubleZone Productions continue this proven concept by hiring them to film a new 26-episode reality series featuring a bumbling superhero-like character, Platinum Man . And once again, Ft. Myers Toyota is enjoying huge success both with customer traffic and sales.
